Do I actually own the website?
100%. The domain is registered in your name (not ours). The hosting account is in your name. The full source code is yours. If you ever want to move it to another developer, you walk out the door with everything. No data hostage, no platform lock-in, no fine print.
What if you don't deliver in 14 days?
Then it's free. Full refund, no questions, no "well, you requested a revision so the clock reset" fine print. The 14-day promise is posted here in public, and it's binding. Only exception: if you take more than 5 business days to get us your content (logo, photos, copy), the clock pauses while we wait.
How long until my site is live?
14 days from the day we have your content (logo, photos, copy). Most clients are live within 10. If we miss, you don't pay.
What if I want changes after launch?
Two options: hire us per-change at hourly rates, or grab the $79/mo maintenance plan and request unlimited changes. Most clients on the plan pay it off in 1–2 update requests.
Do you do e-commerce or just info sites?
Both. The $500 covers info-style sites (most local businesses). Stores, booking systems, and custom apps are quoted separately — usually $2,500–$10,000 depending on scope.
What happens after year 1 with hosting?
Hosting + domain renewal runs about $20/mo direct to the provider, or it's bundled in the maintenance plan. Your call.
